PCI is a connection bus for connecting or attaching hardware devices to pc , PCI stand for Peripheral Component Interconnect . some devices directly attached to motherboard some devices get attached through external connectors or PCI slots . for eg. Graphics cards and external PCI lan ports .

Okay , Lets see how you can list all attached PCI components in Linux

lspci
