Install SSH and Synaptic package manager in Ubuntu 13.04

After Fresh install of ubuntu 13.04 two essential thing i like to do , first installing ssh-server so i can connect remotely in my linux-box , and second is installing synaptic package manager .

Install SSH Server in ubuntu 13.04

~$ sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade -y
~$ sudo apt-get install openssh-server openssh-client -y


After installing ssh . generate ssh keys

ssh keygen

~$ ssh-keygen 
~$ sudo /etc/init.d/ssh restart

Install Synaptic Package Manager

~$ sudo apt-get install synaptic -y

synaptic package manager
synaptic package manager
